Do not despair, there is no reason for you to miss out. Training is also held every Sunday 6.00pm to 7.00pm in Bridgnorth, also Monday 7.00pm to 8.00pm and Thursday 7.00 – 8.00pm at the Severn Centre, Highley, everyone is welcome and myself and the assistant instructors will be there too.
Also if you would like some extra training (always a good idea), Sunday and Thursday is an excellent opportunity to train with an Ex-British Champion and Chief Instructor Tim Spilsbury 3rd Dan Black Belt.
